Hurray! It’s finally done! The living room floor has been waiting to be laminated for almost four years. We had the laminate sitting in a pile for almost that long. We just never had the money to pay someone to do it. Our floor wasn’t level and we just didn’t have the experience to do the job ourselves and believe me, we tried! Even my Dad had had a go and he’s laid lots before. Well, we finally scraped together the money to do it and it looks so much better! We even sprung out for a new rug to go over the top! I’m so pleased with it. We gave the place a little change around and a de-clutter too whilst we were at it and it’s like a whole new room. The only thing is that it now makes the kitchen look shabby, so I guess that’ll be the room we do next!
It’s so nice when a plan comes together!
