Hurray! We are now finished with our 3 year 'tied-in' period and are free to change our mortgage provider. After consulting with our mortgage advisor, we have changed to a high street company, which has allowed us to save £150 per month, and has also given us a cash lump sum which we can pay off our overdrafts with :-)
2008 looks better already!
Goal 35 is COMPLETED!
